Okorocha imposing son In-law is suicidal – GDPN Chairman

Posted by Admin:

The State Chairman of Grassroots Development Party of Nigeria (GDPN) Hon Chief Ben Diribe has affirmed that the bid by Governor to impose his son In-law Hon Uche Nwosu is going to be suicidal and a mission impossible as Imolites has vowed to use their last pant of blood to resist the act.

The Chairman made the observation recently in Owerri while interacting with journalists on the state of Imo political and economic development in recent times during a stakeholders meeting of the party. He went on to describe the All Progressive Congress (APC) as a big disaster and a failed government. He said allowing Okorocha to impose his son In-law against the majority wishes after 8 wasted years of impunity and looting will be another error that will send Imo people into perpetual slavery as conquered state.

Hon Diribe charged Imo people especially youths to rise and save the state from the All Progressive Congress (APC) government of Gov Okorocha’s recklessness and lawlessness. He stressed that political events in the last few weeks and his body language are pointers to the fact that for the State to be rescued from this impeding anarchy, the people must rise to ensure that their votes count and rule of law sustained.

He went further to stress that APC as party cannot offer good governance as they have nothing to offer the people but to increase their suffering with misery. “APC has no manifesto, no developmental blueprint, no clear cut module for wealth creation or poverty reduction, in fact they have no plans or policy for people except deceit and lies on a daily basis” Diribe asserted
